One of the things that will stop life coaches and speakers making the most of building their online business is their fear of technology.
If I talk about list building, autoresponders and key words their eyes glaze over – and so they should! You are unconsciously incompetent or maybe even consciously incompetent and whichever camp you fall into you don’t know stuff!
If you glaze over and panic then you know (as a life coach and even as a speaker) that you block yourself off from every really experiencing the magic of being online. If your mindset locks in to “it’s difficult” then it will be and it will all seem frightening too.
Okay so you don’t know this stuff but that could be a great reason to get excited not shy away. You could see it as an opportunity not an obstacle.
One of the best ways to get rid of any blocks you have about doing this “technology stuff” is to use the power of Emotional Freedom Technique. If you are familiar with EFT then I recommend you go and start tapping but if you are not let me introduce you to Magnus and his brilliant world of EFT and tapping

I will be adding more on EFT because it is a great way to release yourself from any limiting beliefs and blocks you may have. I trained in EFT back in 2002 and used it with clients (I was known as the Mind Mechanic lol)
In 2008 I used it to release my fear of charging large amounts of money. I would literally feel sick to my stomach at the thought of charging a client £10,000 for a weekend workshop. I used EFT to release myself from that after working through believing I was worth £10,000 for a weekend’s worth of work!

Well this is something we didn’t get to talk about last week.
I and my partner @dawnpugh have been using EFT for the last 3 years with amazing results. One problem that I get periodically is a pain in my neck due to bad posture whilst sitting in front of my Mac. Literally after no more than a couple of minutes of tapping using the techniques that anyone can learn, my pain is removed.
I completely agree with you about using EFT to remove of our limiting beliefs as this stuff works.
What I really love about EFT is the fact that the individual does not have to believe that it will work in order for it to change the way he or she feels.
