I love numerology. I have for a long time and I have used it over the years to look at where I am in life and what I need to focus on. When my laptop died on me I lost my numerology reading so a few months ago I decided to get another one done.

The readings I get are very comprehensive spanning 25 years (or something as crazy as that) and I was so glad I decided to get another one done because it helped me to re-focus my energy on what I am doing now.
During 2008 (my year of hell) my business was grinding to a standstill. Literally. Everything was just closing up and shutting down. It was a scary time and I found myself caught in scarcity and “what’s wrong” for much of 2008 until around April time when I began to focus on what I want and who I am.
I re-connected myself to my spiritual beliefs (I had dumped them back in 2005 because I believed all I needed was to focus on making money….. lesson learnt!) and found a connection to God I never had before. With that and gratitude I pulled myself back up. Of course the love of family and close friends helped too. 
It was a horrible time and yet an amazing one because the challenges meant I had to tap into all my life coaching resources about who I am and whether I could remain happy despite my circumstances. A few times I thought about getting a job but I knew and know that I am destined to be doing something far more spectacular than working for someone else.
I refused to take on work with the mindset of “it is money after all” and instead focused in on what I love to do and what fills me with joy. I refuse to do anything just for the money and when you know your purpose you never do anyway.
By January I had my role as Blog Success Membership Manager and two other freelance contracts. They keep me going as I begin to re-build who I focus on and how I serve people.
Numerology and reading my year for 2009 made me realise that what I am going through is exactly what was meant to happen (I never doubted that for a minute anyway) and it also gave me hope as I looked at 2010! It inspired me to stay on my path and to keep going.
I have spent most of 2008 in an ending phase that will continue this year. Letting go what doesn’t work for me and spending my energy building up new beginnings is what 2009 is all about. So I am in perfect alignment with what I am doing and was reminded of that fact this morning when I watched this video by numerology expert Melani Ward because I am in a 9 Year.
So if you have never considered using numerology to help you chart what you are doing you might want to take a look. Melani spoke about using it to decide when you run workshops and when not to and I have never done that but I will choose to believe that the dates intuitively given to me are the right months (although I may just be tempted to get in touch with her lol)
