It is amazing how easy it is to going around in our life coaching business busy at our day to day work, spending all the hours available in one day marketing, making friends on social networks, running free events, coaching clients and generally doing, doing and more doing without stopping to look at how much business all this doing is actually providing us with.
When I discovered the holes in my business bucket I knew I had to plug them up real quick to stop the leak but if you don’t spend time looking at where the holes might be you end up like poor Henry, desperately trying to work out how to “fix it” only to come full circle and realise you can’t because there’s a hole!
The straw, the scissors which are blunt, the stone that needs to be wet to work…… the networking, the business cards which no one really looks at, the promotional work you do that really needs a solid business system to work. You go round and round desperately trying to plug a hole in a bucket that just keeps on leaking.
